2. Room sizes are small by our standard. Especially the Standard category (15.3 sqm) may be too small to fully open a suitcase. For three people, it is recommended to book the Deluxe Triple Room (30.6 sqm).
3. Due to its location on Kabukicho-dori, you may hear outside noise (sirens, trains, crowds, etc.). If you are sensitive to noise, request a high-floor room or bring earplugs. Also, note that soundproofing between the hallway and rooms is not perfect.
4. Microwaves are not available in the rooms, but you can ask the front desk staff on the first floor to use one. Reviews mention staff are very helpful, even heating up food bought at convenience stores.
5. After check-out, you can store your luggage at the front desk on the first floor. Be sure to keep the luggage tag given to you, as you will need it to retrieve your bags. Also, a deposit may be charged at check-in along with the Tokyo accommodation tax, which will be refunded at check-out.
